Operation & Maintenance
· Perform daily inspections and maintenance on electrical equipment and comply with the permit to work and isolation system in J-lay, S-lay production equipment’s and Rig equipment’s
· Finding fault and diagnosis of problems (troubleshooting), taking corrective actions to Prevent Downtime, Performing Preventive maintenance system PMS on electrical equipment’s
· Maintenance, troubleshoot and repair all power generation and distribution equipments (generators, Transformers, Switchgears)
· Maintenance of drilling equipments Top Drive system, rotary table, Draw works, Mud pumps and auxiliary motors, Rig watch instrumentation (Model: EPOCH & HH) and Gai-tronics paging system
· Maintenance of auxiliary equipment’s mud tank agitators, shale shaker, mud cleaner and degasser, desander and desilter motors and control panels
· Maintenance and repair on VFD / SCR air-con units (Model: Carrier & Trane) and AHU units
· Maintenance and repair of all rig AC and DC lighting fixtures
· Maintenance and repair of forklift (Model: CAT & QXMG), crane (Model: TADANO & QXMG) and welding machines
· Maintenance and repair on rig camp and main camp lighting circuits, air-con. Units and galley equipment’s
· Taking (Daily Progressive Report) DPR of Electrical Equipments
· Reading, understanding electrical drawings, SCR, VFD, PLC manuals and schematics
