Review and consideration for approval and authorization to sign minutes from March 23, 2016.
3. SPARTAK LLC – LAND USE CHANGE OF MINOR IMPACT – STORAGE SHED LOCATED WITHIN SETBACK – 231 ARTHUR AVENUE
Public hearing, review and consideration for approval of a recommendation on a Land Use Change of Minor Impact to permit the addition of a 120 sq. ft. shed closer to the lot line than allowed by the setback requirements within Performance District 7 at 231 Arthur Avenue, Oak Creek
4. OAK CREEK VENTURES LLC – LAND USE CHANGE OF MINOR IMPACT – ADDITION OF PLAYGROUND AND MOBILE HOME SPACE – WILLOW HILL MOBILE HOME PARK – 201 WILD HOGG DRIVE
Public hearing, review and consideration for approval of a recommendation on a Land Use Change of Minor Impact to permit the addition of a playground and one (1) mobile home space in the Willow Hill Mobile Home Park located in Performance District 2 at 201 Wild Hogg Drive, Oak Creek
5. PB SQUARED INC – LAND USE CHANGE OF MINOR IMPACT – MEDICAL/RETAIL MARIJUANA MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS INCLUDING HEMP PROCESSING – 222 ARTHUR AVENUE
Public Hearing, review and consideration for approval of a recommendation on a Land Use Change of Minor Impact in Performance District 7 on an existing building to house a medical/retail manufacturing operation including hemp processing at 222 Arthur Avenue, Oak Creek
6. ORDINANCE NO. 638 – OAK CREEK LAND USE CODE AMENDMENTS - RESIDENTIAL GROWING OF MARIJUANA REGULATIONS, FORMS AND APPENDICES
Public hearing, review and consideration for approval of a recommendation on an amendment to the Oak Creek Land Use Code with regard to residential growing of marijuana as well as forms and appendices.
7. ROAD VACATION – PORTION OF GRANDVIEW AVENUE – TED ALLEN
Public hearing, review and consideration for approval of a recommendation to vacate a portion of Grandview Avenue adjacent to Lots 25-29, Amended Filing of the Third Addition to the Town of Oak Creek addressed as 119-131 Carbon Avenue, Oak Creek.
