Spelling Words: No spelling this week

Writing: opinion writing / Monday-Thursday: Read at least 30 minutes each night and have a parent/ guardian sign your planner.
Tuesday: Complete 3 activities on RAZ-Kids.com.
Wednesday: Complete 3 activities on RAZ-Kids.com.
20% of AR goal due Wednesday!
Thursday: Complete vocabulary flashcards or picture for Yonder Mountain.

Students will have a quiz over Yonder Mountain Vocabulary on Wednesday, January 27th. The words and definitions will be available on my webpage by Wednesday.

Due Thursday-
Write a story about the life of a rock. Include all the parts of the rock cycle in your story. Organize your story in the order that things happened to your rock. Make sure to describe changes to the rock, and explain why the changes happened. /
This week we will be working on Economics in Social Studies. Current vocabulary words are currency, benefit, barter, cost, income, scarcity, goods, services, and budget.
