7 Grey Field Trip: Thursday, January 16, 2014

Dear 7 Grey Parents and Students:
This January, the 7 Grey team will be going to the Adventure Aquarium at 1 Riverside Drive, Camden, NJ, 08103. The date of the trip is Thursday, January 16, 2014.
The cost of the trip is $25 per student. This cost includes transportation to and from Adventure Aquarium via Transportation Services yellow busses, Adventure Aquarium admission ticket and 3D movie ticket.
Departure from KV will be at approximately 8:30 am. Our arrival time will be approximately 9:45 am. We plan to return to KV approximately 2:30 pm. Keith Valley has reserved luncheon space at the aquarium. All students will need to bring a brown bag lunch (with beverage) marked clearly with their full name.
In accordance with our KV Participation Policy, students who receive the following consequences during the school year may not participate on the field trip:
· 2 suspension events = no participation
· 1 suspension event of more than three days = no participation
· 4 detentions = no participation
The KV administration also reserves the right to deny or allow participation on the trip based on a student’s overall disciplinary record.
To participate, please complete and sign the attached permission slip and return, along with cash or check (made payable to Keith Valley Middle School) to their 2nd period teacher by Wednesday, 12/4/13. Should you have any questions, please contact Miss Swierzawski at 215-420-5128. We hope your son/daughter can join us for what plans to be an exciting day.

*In the event of a HHSD weather emergency, the field trip will be rescheduled to another date. This date will be based on Adventure Aquarium & bus availability. The permission will serve for both the 1/16/14 date and the rescheduled date. Thank you.
