TODAY´S PREFABRICATED HOUSES IN THE MARKET DONT LET PEOPLE MUCH CHOICES ONE TIME YOU PICK THE HOUSE MODEL.

This project is oriented toward those people who want to buy a prefabricated home but still want to design a part of it.

With this one, you can pick the way your internal spaces will look like or even your facades, choose at the moment of your contract how many windows you want and where you want them, maybe you want a special covering for the regular modules, if you want to have a Zen garden, a water sheet on the roof or simply let the light pass thru it you can Have it !

INSIDE MOVING PANELS

With this utility you can move the way you want your interiors subdivisions, make a larger room, a larger studio, make big a dinning set.

In these panels you can control the sizes and the spacing of the shelves , place a bottom line fish tank, or distribute them to arrange some plants.

VARIABLE FACADES

Because there are three different ways of closing your interior from the outside

You can finish with a totally different look every time, picking the materials you want to be outside and insides from a variety of choices as different woods, metals or windows.

In the inside you can make a couple of this blocks to keep your stuff making them as shelves too.

This blocks can be filled with natural insulation systems like packs of straws, which can be cheap and find them in almost everywhere. You can pick commonly used systems too, like the insulation panel offered by Ursa, if you are in the city and want to keep noise away, you can place acoustic panels like the ones of the company Rockwool

The windows you can pick from is another variable of design, nowdays we can find a wide variety of windows in the market, even windows which can be tinted gradually as desired, windows with shades included or the ones with multi-open possibilities

This wide range of construction advantages can be used as wanted depending on the site, cold and hot places, you can make it.

WATER OR GARDEN?

In this model we have two places where you can place your exterior plants, or even fish, any of them can be seen from the your room, the kitchen and the living room, in the upper part you can have more light arrive thru the water if you want it like that.

The system for collecting all the rain it shower your new home is by a system which leave their part to the gardens or water sheets, and then the extra its filtered and kept in a lower based tank for posterior use.

The logo and the slogan:

I tried to find a way to express that you can make your home your way.

For this I picked the image of a game where you move little square pieces to finally have the correct image, in the inside as the image to complete i used the icon image of a normal house.

The slogan “YOUR HOME” can be applied to this house because the way it is designed, letting the end user decide and personalize the final shape of his new home.

With this combo i think the client sees that he can play with the final look and feel of his new house.

A BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE IMAGES

(max 1600x 1200 pixels, 300 dpi) I found this images to be small

(13 x 10 cms in real world), and far from the 5Mb limit, so I explain what I put in every one of them.

Sheet # 1 ( chuletilla_recor-1.jpg )

I followed the characteristics the announcement said about the first one.

Sheet # 2 ( chuletilla_recor-2.jpg )

In this sheet I placed the system of the moving/sliding panels to recreate different configurations depending on the needs of the client, in the upper left corner is the floor plan in a gray color with the location of the panels in a darker color, a graphical reference of sizes, and below that, now in the left bottom corner 2 configurations where you can max out the spaces you need the most, as making a bigger room, a bigger studio, or a bigger living room.

In the right side of the image is a perspective of the panels in wood color, and two lines of text explaining that you can configure your panels your way, maybe placing in a whole bottom of one of them a beautiful fish tank, or maybe place the shelves in a way you can keep plants in there, or simply your documents, books or another decoration.

A detail is shown in the lower right of the image, explaining how a system based on a push and release system will keep your panels where you want them

Sheet # 3 ( chuletilla_recor-3.jpg )

In this one I explain the possibilities of making different facades depending of the client’s choice, you can pick from a wide variety of materials as different woods, metal or windows.

In the left part of the image are four facades with different configurations moving the windows or assigning different materials, which I represented in variations of gray.

In the center of the image I placed a section of one (meter by meter) block explaining the possibilities of having shelves in their insides.

In the right part three squares of different possibilities for covering the blocks in the outside.

Sheet # 4 ( chuletilla_recor-4.jpg )

This image has the structure, the feature of movable stairway and rain collecting/filtering system.

In the left part i explain the structure with a layer separated image which contains a normal and generalized wood structure for the base and roof, the lower part is supported by separated concrete founding, the panel axis´ (where the panels pass thru) serve as columns and other way to receive the weight is by the means of the walls.

The tank that appears in the bottom is the water filter/recollection system that can be used as structure too.

In the upper right corner is a section that explains that the stair can be lift up when not necessary, leaving that space as storage.

A special feature is located in the last steps of the stairway where this section is made of translucent material to let the light pass thru it, saving energy.

In the right bottom part, is an image that explain how the rain water falls from the roof to the lower tank, in the way it helps to water the two possible gardens, or simply the water tanks that can be filled with aquatic plants and little fish receive the rain and the extra goes to the filter/storage of water in the basement.

This house is one meter high from the ground so jobs like fixing the tank or placing another systems can be done easily.

At least this project has the water recollecting system, but you can add:

Solar panels in the roof (energy deposit in basement)

Compost system (all in basement, for further use in the garden)

Cooling or heating systems (by means of circulatory hot water pipes or normal cooling systems)

CONCLUDING:

This model offers to the client a way to participate directly in his final house, one time you have it, you can make arrangements in the interior.

Supports hot or cold climates with variations in the roof and walls.

It can change its appearance from environment to environment depending in the zone finishes or materials available.

Can recycle water, make compost in the basement, and install other systems easily
