Generating Grade Level Standards Reports

  1. Go to and log in
  2. User Name and Password are district /building specific and case sensitive
  3. Click the AGREEbutton in the test security section.
  4. See Chart Below:
  5. Click on Group Summary: Standards/Indicators.
  6. Select the Year andGrade Level(only one year and grade level can be chosen at a time).

  1. Click On/Select the School whose report you want to generate – you may also select the State and/or School District name if you want to compare a grade level to either of those scores.
  1. Click Continue.
  1. View the Report. “Hover” the cursor on the standard to view the standard’s content. Only one year’s data will show at a time.
  1. Click on the Disaggregate Tab or Score Tab to select additional characteristics and/or demographics data to display.
  1. To Print a Report, click on Download Report. Choose Excel or PDF. PDF looks pretty but with the Excel report, the data can be manipulated. Click Save and Save to the location of your choice or to your desktop.


  1. Click on Homeat the top of the page to repeat the process for other grades/years or click on the Years or Grades tab at the top of the report being worked on.

Generating Student Reports

  1. Go to and log in
  2. User Name and Password are district/building specific and case sensitive
  3. Click the AGREEbutton in the test security section.

  5. Click on Roster Report.
  6. Select the Year and Grade Level(only one year or grade level can be chosen at a time).
  7. Click On/Select the School whose report you want to generate – you may also select the State and/or School District name if you want to compare a grade level to either of those scores.

  1. Click Continue.
  1. Click on the Score Tab at the top of the page to choose the Data to display.
  2. De-Select the boxes by clicking on the check marks.
  3. In most cases, only the Performance Level (Proficiency Levels) and/or Standards/Indicators boxes need to be checked. Click on the Scaled Score if using the DOE Cut Scores report.
  4. Click Save to view the report.
  1. By selecting the Performance Level (Proficiency Level) and the Standards/Indicators boxes, the following reportis generated.“Hover” the cursor on the standard to view the standard’s content.
