NZ MiClub Comp Management User Guide Ver1.0 (Aug 2012)

Overview:

The module is built into your MiClub website/booking system and is designed to work in relation to your timesheets. A participant submitting a score will require a booking record on a timesheet and also be registered into a competition linked from the timesheet.
The competition management suit is fully web based which means full accessibility to staff and members in relation to competitions, score entry, leaderboards and results all in real time.

What’s new:

Players will register at a MiClub Kiosk page or via the proshops online timesheet view.

MiClub has its own course management module so any new courses/tees hole details will need to be entered in this area matching the data on NZGolf side.
The scorecards details printed from MiClub are referenced from this area.

Visitor bookings are done with their NZGolf number via the online timesheets or the kiosk registration page.

The upload scores file is now generated via the MiClub interface as well.

Membership Data:

Clubs with Membership systems from Club Manager or Member Magic will already have
integration enabled and handicap rollover in these systems should follow with an integration upload to the MiClub website.

Otherwise if you obtain the Slope.csv file you can manually import this into the MiClub website.

Slope.csv Upload > Uploading players adjusted scores

Before submitting scores, Ensure that all scores are entered for the competitions and scores are valid. The comps should be closed so that a green tick is displayed which places the players scores in a batch listing.

Locate the batch file which will have the listing of all player names and scores by adjusting the date and selecting the batch found drop down list.

Press the Create NZGA file button and wait for the below screen popup to finish the file generation.

Once you press the Click HERE to download you will be asked to save or open the file.

Save the file to your usual directory destination noting that the file name will need to be unique prior to upload. We will label the file NZGA-XX.txt The X refers to our batch number.

Log into DotGolf Live and load the file as usual.
