THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL
(LIME TREE WALK - SOUTHBOUND, ALLOA)
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2008
The Clackmannanshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order.
1.This Order may be cited as "The Clackmannanshire Council (Lime Tree Walk - Southbound, Alloa) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2008” and notwithstanding the date hereof shall come into operation on the 21st November 2008.
- The effect of this Order shall be to close to vehicles:-
The period from 0800hours on Monday 24th November2008until 1700 hours on Friday 28thNovember 2008 the section described in the Schedule hereto to facilitate the removal of cabins from the school site Access to local houses, businesses, Primary School and Health Centre will be made available through on site traffic management.

(southbound) / From its junction with Broad Street southwards until its junction with Bowhouse Road for a distance of 235 metres or thereby.
Diversion Route / Via Bowhouse Road, Forth Crescent, Devon Road, Auld Brig Road, Greenside Street, Broad Street and vice versa.
Access to local houses, businesses, Primary School and Health Centre will be made available through on-site traffic management.

STATEMENT OF REASONS FOR MAKING THE ORDER
The Temporary Closure is required to facilitate the removal of cabins from the school site.

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 7th November 2008.
