Aaron Wininger specializes in the protection of intellectual property. His technical expertise includes software, networks (wired and wireless), lasers, medical devices, semiconductor fabrication, and physics. He is skilled in client counseling, portfolio development, and the preparation of patent applications and office action responses.
Mr. Wininger’s recent experience includes drafting and prosecuting hundreds of U.S. and international patent applications across a broad spectrum of technical areas, including computer hardware, computer software, the Internet, network and computer security systems, multimedia distribution systems, operating systems, computer games, digital and analog circuitry, wireless technology, semiconductor design and fabrication, lasers and optics, medical devices, and avionics.
He regularly lectures and publishes articles regarding international intellectual property issues.
Mr. Wininger is a member of the Subcommittee on the Patent Cooperation Treaty of the American Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Section, as well as the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
