(Please provide additional information and justification for each item within your budget that will be funded by GPSC. Detailed information would need to be provided for all requests, which include (but are not limited to): flyers and/or printing costs, which speakers are receiving honorariums (and the amount), merchandise, travel expenses (please provide hotel location, nightly costs, and ticketing information), room reservations, and/or carpool services).

When completing the budget form, if you find you do not have enough room (i.e. greater than 25 items or greater than 5 total funding sources), please add rows as necessary.
