NOMINATION FORM - 2017 YOUTH ACHIEVER AWARDS
The Youth Achievers program is an annual event coordinated by the Youth Councils of Warrnambool and Moyne, providing the community with the opportunity to celebrate the exceptional talents of young people in the region.
Guidelines
- The awards are open to the young people aged 12-21 years of age living in the Warrnambool or Moyne region of Victoria
- Nominees will be notified of their nomination, be asked to provide a biography of achievement, and invited to attend the award presentation on Wednesday 7 February, 2018
- Nominations close 5pm, Friday 27 October 2017

- Achieve at a high level of participation and/commitment.
- Displays courage, talent and support to a particular sport or a number of sportsincluding non-mainstream sports. (BMX, skating, surfing, etc).
