Key Responsibilities
Recruit, manage and develop staff team of regionally based talent sourcing (Mobilization) executives
Develop and execute multi-year action plan
Gain access, meet with and forge win-win partnerships and agreements with state leaders/communities/campus placement coordinators and other channels.
Foster relationships and grow involvement with partnering collegiate.
Evaluate current collegiate partnerships model, tweak and replicate.
Speak and cast vision effectively in small and large group settings
Develop and execute local and regional marketing strategies
Grow and develop current mobilization/recruitment strategies: campus partner network and resources
Develop other avenues of mobilization and branding – viral strategies, advertising and sponsorships, social networking, alumni, volunteers, etc.
Thrive in a virtual team context
Tie up with local Non-Governmental Agencies and Community Based Organizations (CBO) in mobilizing, to maximize their comparative advantage of local reach and impact in its efforts to mobilize interested candidates of the area.
Adhere to a systematic rolling out of the mobilization drive, while ensuring that the concerned Gram Panchayats, Block Level Officers, District Level Officers are made aware of the projects and its implementation details.
Work on multiple projects and cultivate multiple relationships at the same time
Qualification
Graduate having 6 – 8 years of experience into Resource management.
Skills Required

Working experience with Leadership team of Organization.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong presentation, interpersonal & analytical skills.
Excellent in written and verbal communication.
Experience working with big teams.
