VENDOR APPLICATION
Thank you for your interest in our Blue Suede Music Festival- a Tribute to Elvis. The Festival is held at the Busby Sports Grounds in Busby, Alberta.
All applications are subject to review and approval by the Blue Suede Music Festival Board of Directors. Stall allocation will be based on the overall Festival plan. Complete application and fees must be sent to Blue Suede Music Festival in order to confirm your stall.
The fees are as follows:
$100 for the weekend for clothing/miscellaneous vendors for a 10 x 10 spot
$200 or 10% for food vendors
Each vendor will have to provide their own shade tent/pop up/trailer and power if you need it. The power we have on site is strictly for use by the Festival for the sound system, lights and the performers RV’s. You must provide your own generators whether on board your concession vehicle or a portable one. Please bring whatever tables you need.
Payment (except for food vendors choosing to do the 10% fee) is due in full with your application. All cheques made payable to “Blue Suede Music Festival”.
You may post date the cheque to June 30th. You will receive an email confirming acceptance of your application.
We will have 3 or 4 full food concessions on the grounds so lunch/dinner will be easily accessible.
We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors and to reject applications. Decisions of the Blue Suede Music Festival Board of Directors is final.
