22A / Eligibility of Tenderer
Qualification Requirements of Tenderers : / All firm except a firm that is from Israel and any other firm (tenderer) that has been determined to be ineligible by the World Bank and or BWDB for World Bank financed works.
Qualification requirements are given in the bidding documents, some, of those, but not, all are given below:
FOR LOT NO. BWDB:WMIP/SIMT/COM/W-1A
a) the average annual construction turnover shall be: greater than Taka 370.00 (Three hundred and seventy) lac.
b) availability of minimum liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities, shall be : Taka 125.00 (One hundred and twenty five) lac. and
c) specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within last 5 year valuing Taka 225.00 (Two hundred and twenty five) lac.
FOR LOT NO. BWDB:WMIP/SIMT/COM/W-1B
a) the average annual construction turnover shall be: greater than Taka 410.00 (Four hundred and ten lac).
b) availability of minimum liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities, shall be : Taka 140.00 (One hundred and forty)
lac. and
c) specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within last 5 year valuing Taka 250.00 (Two hundred and fifty) lac.
