TMS Cheer Camp Information: July 25-28, 2017

*Summer camp MANDATORY for ALL squad members and will be held at:

Texas Christian University Recreation Center

3005 Stadium Drive

Fort Worth, TX 76129

*Parents, we ask that you please respect your coaches’ requests & needs at camp. There are certain expectations we have before your child is released from camp. We promise, we’ll get them into your hands as fast as possible! Parents are required to attend camp Thursday, July 28, 2017 at 9:00AM for final evaluations and to pick up your cheerleaders to take them home from camp.

TMS Camp Schedule

*BRING A HEALTHY SACK LUNCH!!!

Lunch is not provided Monday & you will need to eat before afternoon practices.

Monday, 06/25:

●  Be at TMS between 10-10:30AM. The bus will leave for TCU at 10:45AM SHARP!!! (if you are late, you will be left to find your own ride to camp)

●  Bus Ride: Love us or Fear us Squad tee with blue leggings

●  Camp: Black Pink Out Shirt, White shorts, pink bow, white no-show socks.

Tuesday, 06/26:

●  Blue tee, black shorts, white bow, white no-show ankle socks

Wednesday, 06/27:

●  White tee, blue shorts, blue bow, & white no-show ankle socks

●  All American Tryouts- New Uniform & white bow

●  Summer Lovin’ Rally- #LoveYourSquad shirt, white shorts, pink bow, pink knee-high socks

Thursday, 06/28:

●  Performance – New uniform & blue bow

●  Bring travel clothes for going home.

*All Cheerleaders must stay in the gym after award presentation for pictures.

You are not to leave the gym to check out until your coach dismisses you!

TMS Camp Check-In & Check Out Procedures.

Check In- Check name off list with Coach then place your bags on the bus.

Check Out – Stay in your Room with your roommate!!! No one is dismissed to go home until their entire suite is better than it was when we arrived. I will check each cheerleader off the list after room has been inspected. Keys/cards will be collected at that time!

●  All furniture must be back in correct place

●  Trash taken out

●  Empty all drawers and shelves

●  If you have medicine, be sure you collect it before you leave.

DON’T LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND!

Cheer Camp Packing

Everyone will be allowed one piece of luggage, a pillow & bedding, and your cheer bag. (Storage on bus is limited, if your child needs to bring more, parents will need to transport her/his luggage for her/him to camp.

ﮦ  Ankle/wrist wrap. (wrapping at camp is for injuries received at camp)

ﮦ  pillow-blankets-sheets * Need Extra Long Twin size bed sheets for the bed.

ﮦ  Snacks & extra drinks

ﮦ  Fan - dorms have AC but you might need extra

ﮦ  Shopping money for UCA store and campus bookstore ($50-$75 is recommended)

ﮦ  Any medication you might need – This must be turned in to the coaches with a signed medication waiver from a parent saying that you may take it.

ﮦ  There can be NO decorating in the dorms.
