1. Team for the 2016 – 2017 Season.

At present we have 15 regular players with 3 players signed on as cover.

J Ballance (Captain) L Carey, J P Carey, C Blincoe, G Fisher, K Blincoe, C Davies, J Chambers, D Bullock, S Albone, D Brace, R Gilbert, A Adkins, C Harding J Marston.

K Collins, T Ballance (Sticker Up) & M Ballance.

2. Picking the team.

A. First game of the season will be picked on the averages from the season before. The top 12 in the averages will play the first game with the remaining players and any new signings present or working will be counted as reserves for the following game.

B. Players with the lowest scores at the end of the game will be dropped and replaced by the reserves for the following game.

C. In the event that players finish tied with the lowest score at the end of the game then the player with the lowest average will be dropped. If both players have the same average then a bowl off will take place to see which player will be dropped.

D. Cup matches Will Be picked in the same way as league games up to the semi-finals as we Will Be Playing on a game to game basis In The 2017-2018 Season. Players Who Choose To P[lay For A Different Team On A Monday In The Cups And Not The RATTLERS, Will Be Dropped For The Following League Match.

E. Semi-finals and finals of the Doris Styles and King Pin will be picked from the top 12 of the averages. (Players must play Or Have Turned Up as A Reserve A Minimum Of 75% of Cup Games Played To Qualify). The Champions of Champions, Val Hopkins and end of season Knockout only the final will be picked on the averages.

3. Working Rule

If a player can’t make a game due to work then he will be counted as a reserve for the next game as long as he kept his place from the previous game. Players Who Miss A Game For Any Other Reason Than Work Will Need To Turn Up To regain Their place For The Next Game. (under certain circumstances a player who can’t make a game may still keep his place With The Captains discretion).

Players Who Miss 3 Matches Running Due To Work Will Need To Turn Up To Regain Their Place For The Next Game.

4. Subs

Each Player taking part in the game pays £2 subs while non-playing players (reserves) pay nothing. Total £24.00

Top Score

Top score is open to any player who wishes to take part with the highest score on the night taking the kitty. Joint top score and the kitty rolls over to the following Game. Top Score Can Be Won By Any Player Wishing To Take Part On The Night Even In The Event On A Rollover And They Didn’t Take Part The Previous Game.

5 and under 30p
Misses With A Ball 30p
Spider £1.00 (Not king pin)
9 Spare £1.00
Any Player Not Wearing Their Rattlers Top Will Be Fined (£????)

6. Prize Money

At The End of the season there is 6 prizes of £20.00 each to be won (£120.00) for the players with one of the following.

Highest Home Average (Min 75% Of League Games)
Highest Away Average (Min 75% Of League Games)
Highest Overall Average (Min 75% Of League Games)
Highest Individual Score (Can Be Won In Any League Or Cup Match)
Most Spares at Home (Home League Games Only)
Most Spares Away (Away League Games & Any Cup Match)

7. Website

Lole Carey to receive £60.00 from the kitty at the end of the season for the up-keep of the Website throughout the season.

8. Sticker Up

· The sticker up to be paid £20.00 per game for sticking up, going down to £18.00 if he plays.

· The Sticker Up doesn’t pay fines to the kitty in the off - chance that he plays.

· The Sticker Up to ensure that the pins are placed in the middle of the plates for both sides in every game.

· At home He/She should stick up on top for the whole game.

9. Linesmen

Lines to be sat in all games the Captain feels necessary.

Each player should sit every 4th or 5th game on average.

Sam Albone to collect subs and top score money before the start of the game from all players wishing to take part.

Any player who can’t pay their subs will not take part.
