The HR Coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Benefit Administration, Employment, Employee Relations, Performance Management/CQI & Compensation Management.
Support overall organization – President and Plant Manager
Standardize/update/maintain policies and procedures
Responsibilities (list five to eight major functions and accountabilities)
Benefit Administration:
·  Administer Health & Welfare Plans (including enrollments, changes and terms)
·  Interact with Vendors, Carriers / Administrators, & other Relative Parties
·  Grant Writing (as needed)
·  Audit / Reconcile Benefit Statements & Record Keeping / Quality Checks of Benefit-Related Data
·  Process & Maintain Timekeeping / Attendance Records
·  WC
·  FMLA / LOA / Disability (STD/LTD)
·  Unemployment
·  Employee Retirement Plan - 401(k)
Employment:
·  Maintain Compliance with Federal & State Regulations / Reporting concerning Employment
