Ecuador has four distinctive regions and climates. For the Waterbearers FLOW distribution Trip we will be in two zones.

TRAVEL TIPS

Money and Documents

£  $US (USD) lowest denominations $1, $5, $10, $20 (anything over $20 may not be accepted)

£  Valid passport (minimum 6 months before expiration) and a color copy of your passport

£  Travel Insurance - We recommend you provide your own, as tours in Ecuador do not include travel or medical insurance.

£  Luggage Allowance - Ecuadorian domestic airlines permit 23 kilos (50 lbs), which can be divided into 2 small suitcases, but both cases no more than 23 kilos. However, for the Amazon they limit the weight to 20 kg (44lbs).

What NOT to bring

Black tight clothes (attracts mosquitoes)

Jewelry

Cameras and binoculars - Store in a plastic bag to keep moisture out, even in air-conditioned rooms. Avoid change of humidity levels.
