- Champion needs to work with the EVENTS Team to develop a marketing strategy.
- Please submit this completed for to a member of the Events Team.
Review & Evaluation Process
- Member completes and submits proposal form to member of the Events Team.
- Events Team evaluates proposal with respect to:
- Alignment with Unity mission and objectives
- Annual planned schedule of Activities / Events
- If needed,Events Team request further information or details
- If deemed acceptable by Events Team, submit to Board for evaluation and approval
- If approved by Board:
- Confirm date, time, details in Events Annual Planner
- Confirm event as planned with Primary Coordinator by e-mail
- If rejected by either Events Team or Board:
- Events Team member notifies Person who submitted the request
- In writing or via e-mail
- Thanking them for submitting their idea
- With clear explanation of why it was rejected
- If possible, best to offer this feedback by phone or in person
- File the proposal for future reference
