Summer 2017 MRTA Junior Summer Competition - Registration Form

Registrations are invited from financial club members who wish to participate in the 2017MRTA Junior Summer Competition. The season is expected to start inschool Term 4and will continue in Term 1 of 2018. There is no tennis competition during the summer school holidays.

Registrations must be emailed y 5pm Thursday September 7, 2017.

Members are eligible for the 2017 Junior Summer Competition if they will be under 18 years of age on 30thSeptember 2017 and are financial members of the Macedon Tennis Club.

A Competition Fee of $15 covering registration and ball moneymust be paid at registration via EFT.

Parents are required to sign the Registration Form on behalf of Juniors.

A competition fee of $15 covering registration and ball money must be paid at registrationby EFT into the club’s account:

Please include your child’s surname and “Jr Comp” in the EFT payment description.

$15 competition fee has been paid via EFT

Note that apart from the competition fee, a membership fee to the tennis club for your child or family has to be paid. Membership is managed separately and runs from November to October. A one-year membership for a junior in 2016/17was $90.

I agree to the below terms of the 2017Summer Junior Competition

  • I understand that my child is making a commitment to both their team and the club to be available for the matches for which they are rostered to play.
  • I understand the Selection Committee will nominate one family from each team who will act as Team Manager for the season and acknowledge that all parents will be rostered for match day duty which includesresponsibility for the official scoresheet.
  • If my child is in section C or D, I understand that I will need to umpire matches of my child’s team as set out by my team manager
  • I will accept the MTC Selection Committee’s and MRTA’s decisions about the team and/or section in which my child is placed.
  • I authorise the duty parent, where unable to contact me, to seek medical attention for my child, if necessary.
  • I give permission for the above details to be disclosed to members of MTC.
