1.1Call to Order / Quorum Check

The Non Metallic Materials Manufacturing (NMMM), and Non Metallic Materials Testing (NMMT) Task Groups (TG) were called to order at 9:00 a.m., 24-Feb-2016.

The Chairman concurred to maintain the voting rights for Northrop Grumman, CTL, Renegade Materials, Exova, GKN, Hexcel, and IMR Test Labs.

1.6Acceptance of Meeting Minutes

There was a motion put forward by Tara Campbell to approve the meeting minutes as they were posted. The motion was seconded by Sally Spindor. Theyare approved with a unanimous vote.

Discussion ensued concerning wet glass transition temperature for next IPT in London, June 2016 meeting.

ACTION ITEM:PRI to add wet glass transition temperature to the discussion list for the 2017 IPT Planning agenda for the June 2016 Meeting. (Due Date: 21-Jun-2016)

4.0ASTM E1012 Annex A2 Grip Alignment Compensation Limits – OPEN

NMMT Rolling Action Item List (RAIL) Item 70 Report Out

ACTION ITEM: Sub team,Natalia Becerra (lead), Andreas Mastorakis (GE), Lance Loeks (Boeing), Pedro Astola (Titania), Hugh Casper (MTS), Howard Spader (Instron), Luis Guelbenzu (Applus), Jim Cobb (Honeywell), Jim Hartmann (Honeywell), John Key (Bell Helicopter), to develop Design of Experiment (DOE) for grip alignment study to determine the effect of correction factors and damaged alignment bars on material strength and design allowables.Will need to get Toray approval for providing test specimens. (Due Date: 31-Dec-2017)

5.0Revised AC7122/4 Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA) Standards Sourcing Questions – OPEN

NMMT RAIL Item 81 Report Out

Following a spirited discussion, it was decided to take no action at this time.

Quorum was re-established after lunch at 12 Subscribing Voting Members.

6.0Proposed AC7122-P, I, R Material Handling/Storage Requirements – OPEN

Aligning AC7122 Requirements with AC7118, NMMT RAIL Item 85 Report Out

ACTION ITEM: PRI to take over team lead, and continue developing AC7122-R guidance and report out in London, June 2016. (Due Date:20-Jun-2016)

ACTION ITEM: PRI to email NMMT presentation 6.0 (1st half) to NMMM/NMMT voting members and solicit subscriber feedback for June 2016 meeting. (Due Date: 31-May-2016)

ACTION ITEM: PRI to distribute second half of presentation 6.0 to NMMT subscriber voting members to consider adding AC7118 questions to AC7122-I for specimen manufacture. Subscribers to provide response prior to 1 May, and present at June 2016 meeting.(Due Date: 31-May-2016)

ACTION ITEM: PRI to invite Park Aerospace, Hexcel, and other NMMM supplier voting members to participate on sub team 85.(Due Date: 31-Mar-2016)

ACTION ITEM: PRI to add AH7118 5.1.11 to AH7122-I.(Due Date: 31-May-2016)

ACTION ITEM: PRI to revise OP1114 Appendix paragraph 4.9.2.2.1 in regards to IPTs per document 7.1. (Due Date: 31-May-2016)

ACTION ITEM: Incorporate Handbook (HB) clarifications for N/As in AH7124/5, John Tibma (lead), Lance Loeks, Keith Panuska, Nancy Vancil.(Due Date: 30-Jun-2016)

Allowing stand-alone accreditation to AC7122-P was discussed and dismissed.

ACTION ITEM: PRI to add training on Proficiency Testing/IPT/internal round robin requirements at 2016 Auditors Conference. (Due Date: 31-Oct-2016)
