A variety of stand spaces are available at our exhibition. Exhibition space is sold by the running foot and there is a minimum booking of 10 feet. Space is priced according to the positioning of the stand, the location of each stand can be seen on the attached floor plan.

Included in your booking is a FREE 50-word entry in the Caterex brochure. The brochure is given to all delegates as they arrive at the exhibition and is a useful tool for those who like to browse, make notes and then return to make their purchases. DON’T FORGET TO INCLUDE YOUR SHOW SPECIAL!

While the exhibition is free to attend, many exhibitors like to give out tickets to their customers. The tickets give full information on the exhibition and a detailed map on the reverse. By having tickets available in your outlets, we can work together to market the exhibition and build on it’s success year after year.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO DO THE FOLLOWING

  • Access to enable exhibitors to set up their stands will be available on the following times: - Monday 6 February from 12 noon – 6pm & Tuesday 7 February from 8:30 – 7:00pm
  • Stands MUST NOT be cleared before closing time on the 9 February
  • Should an exhibitor wish to clear away their stand the day after the exhibition, access is available from 8:30 – 12 noon
  • Exhibitors must not deface or damage any floors or walls of the exhibition hall. Any such damaged will be charged to the exhibitor.
  • Parking is available on site free of charge for exhibitors

BOOKINGS

  • ALL BOOKING FEES MUST BE PRE-PAID.
  • Payment will be accepted by cash, cheque, or BACS transfer
  • SECWHA reserves the right to allocate you a different category of space or stall to that which you have booked but in the event that we do this, we will refund any excess payment if you are allocated a cheaper category and will not charge any more if you are allocated a more expensive category
  • FULL payment must be made within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.
  • Invoices not paid by 31st January will be deemed in breech of contract and exhibition space will be forfeited. Full payment, including interest will be charged.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS

  • Cancellations will be accepted up to ONE calendar month before the date of the event but you will forfeit any deposit paid.
  • Any booking cancelled at less than ONE month’s notice before the event, for whatever reason, will forfeit the total booking fee. Cancellations may be advised by phone but must be confirmed in writing. If you are not going to attend a booking that you have made you must let us know as soon as possible.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

  • SECWHA will do everything in our power to ensure that you have a successful show but cannot be held responsible for damage or theft of your stock, interruption of power or services, failure of press advertisements to appear, inclement weather, or anything else beyond their control.
  • SECWHA does not provide insurance cover for theft or damage to your stock and recommends that you adequately insure yourself against all risks. It is a condition of booking that you understand and accept that you cannot hold SECWHA responsible for any losses you sustain.
  • Public liability insurance is held by SECWHA who are responsible for the event
  • If in the reasonable opinion of SECWHA (or any third party organiser) it is necessary to cancel an event because of prevailing weather conditions or any other reason no refund of booking fee or any other payment will be forthcoming.
