Program Review Purpose

Consistent with the College's vision of “Changing Lives, Building Community,” the CNM Program Review Process provides a unique opportunity to:

•Reflect on our work

•Engage in dialogue with colleagues relative to a program's goals, strengths, challenges and opportunities

•Continuously improve our programs and services

•Ensure program alignment with strategic direction, goals, priorities, and measures

•Learn about the effectiveness of a program or service for our students, our community, and our college.

Process

Using the provided data, andany other quantitative and qualitative information that may be available to youProgram/Discipline faculty, in collaboration with School leadership, complete this form and submit it electronically to the School’s Dean by ______. The Dean will review the final report before submitting the completed form to the Executive Director, Academic Affairs by October 21, 2016.

Departments and Programs may choose to include multiple degrees/certificates/concentrations as part of one Program Review. The process requires that quantitative and qualitative information be considered individually for each degree/certificate/concentration that is listed.
