Hunting Info: 2017-2018 Whitetail Season
What B2B Provides / What you need to bring and/or do1,000 sf house/cabin with 2 bedrooms (queen size beds), 1 central bath (with toilet, sink, tub & shower, washer/dryer) and 1/2 bath in master bedroom / Binoculars (for rifle season)
Sofa & blow up mattress if needed / Sighted in rifle & bow (I can help with this if needed), ammo for rifle and bolts (arrow) for bow (see exception below)
55" TV with NO internet (wifi), cable or satellite connection. Watch downloaded movies from your laptop or iPad / Valid hunting license (please make yourself aware of whitetail rules before the hunt) & driver license (if adult)
Blue Ray DVD player with limited DVDs on hand. Feel free to bring your own / Hunters Education proof for those born after 9/2/1971
Separate RV accommodations - sleeps 6 (4 bunk & 1 "queen") with hot water, A/C, heat, cold fridge, stove, couch, dining table, TV (DVD set up only) in bunk area / Alcohol, if desired, for after hunt times only
Meals: Friday (or Monday) evening dinner, Saturday (or Tuesday) breakfast, lunch & dinner, Sunday (or Wednesday) breakfast. Plus drinks: coffee, tea, milk, OJ & bottled water / Special drinks (Gatorade, "soft" drinks, etc.)
Skinning, cleaning & quartering deer or hog for INEXPERIENCED hunters only / Snacks (chips, fruit, late night sweets, etc.)
2 - rifle box blinds (85 yrds & 121 yrds to feeders): will sit two comfortably. Perfect for father son/daughter combo / Special dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free, etc.)
4 - bow blinds (2 "pop up", 1 box blind (will comfortably sit 2 people), 1 elevated tripod (single seat only) / Large ice chest to carry deer home in
Deer are corn fed year around / 2 large bags of ice (to ice down deer for trip home). You can get this in Buffalo
Covered parking (two vehicles) / Current season (2017-2018) annual hunting book for an awareness of legal/non-legal game
Wood burning stove inside / Clothing (cold weather gear including warm gloves, knit hat, etc.). CAMO clothing not required. For bow hunting, black shirt, knit hat, face cover, etc. is BEST
Outside fire pit / Warm, rain proof boots for cold hunts
BBQ gas grill / Rain poncho
Hot tub - Perfect for relaxing and star gazing after a long day of hunting and being outdoors / Hearing protection
Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, wash cloths provided / Bring toiletries and favorite pillow

$100 non-refundable deposit required (in advance at time of making reservation). This payment can be made by check from Texas bank only.
$350-$500 for weekend hunting package. Maximum 2 rifles/bows per weekend/day hunt. If you (1 rifle) want to hunt the ranch without other hunters present, the price is $500. The price is $350 per (rifle/bow) hunter if more than one hunter makes a reservation for the same weekend/day hunt.
Due to unpredictability of hunter efforts, abilities and skill levels, weather, natural disasters, wildlife patterns and other things beyond my control, there is no guarantee of an animal harvest. If no deer are seen the entire weekend, I will refund a total of $100. If you shoot and miss, or hit the deer and can't find it, no refund will apply.
No hunters allowed under the age of 10 (they can come and observe only)
County harvest limit is 2 bucks (with restrictions) & 2 doe (only during bow season) per hunter per season
Hunting season for white tail DOE is ONLY during month of October (and part of November) with BOW only . Doe CANNOT be harvested after November 3 with bow or rifle (requires permit that my property doesn't qualify for)
Hunting lease document and release of liability agreement must be signed before hunting begins (will be provided after deposit is received)
Hunting includes ONLY white tail and feral hog - Neighbor has Fallow deer that sometimes come on my property. Please do not shoot these deer.
3-4 hunts available each weekend: Fri PM, Sat AM & PM & Sun AM if necessary

Weapons allowed: rifle (nothing larger than a .308 cal preferred) & bows (compound or cross). For novice hunters who don't own a rifle or bow yet, my rifle (.308 cal) & ammo, & or my crossbow (450 Bartlett Ghost) are available for use under special conditions (instruction required). If a bolt (arrow) is lost or damaged, there will be a $15 replacement fee.
Arrival time: no later than noon Fri or Mon if you want to hunt that day
Departure time no later than 11 am on Sun or Wed morning
