HUNTER ANIMAL RESCUE reserves the right to seize the Puppy from your property post-adoption if it is established you have given false or misleading information in your Application OR, if allegations of neglect or abuse are reported to us or any other animal welfare agency.
In addition, HAR reserves the right to seize the puppy / dog if you take the puppy before it has been de-sexed and you fail to get it de-sexed as agreed.
