Site Submission Form
Cotswold District Council carries out assessments of the suitability of land for a variety of uses including housing,(including gypsy and travelling show people), employment, retail, community and other uses. This helps us to understand what land and buildings are available for development and the types of development that can be delivered to meet the requirements of the Local Plan.
Please use this form to provide information on sites within Cotswold District that you would like to suggest for future development.
If the site is a previous submission please reconfirm your interest and update us of any recent progress with bringing sites forward for development or future plans.
All submissions must be accompanied by a map showing the site boundary outlined in red (preferably 1:1250 scale). For each site that you wish to suggest you will need to complete a separate form and map. Please note that not all sites will be considered appropriate to be included within future planning policy documents. This is particularly the case where a site is small or constrained by local issues such as flood risk.
