In this Form,references to arms or arms related material covers: weapons, ammunition, military vehicles and equipment, spare parts or accessories andparamilitary equipment.

  1. Weapons of Mass Destruction Programs

Knowledge of a specific weapons of mass destruction program is not required to form a belief/suspicion.

  1. Research Services

In this Form, research services are to be given a wide meaning, to cover all types of research activity. For example they may cover technology transfer through a licence, establishment of a joint venture, contracted research and consultancies, industry linked research and collaborative research.
