2FOR YOUR INFORMATION
Christian Youth Camp is held at the Fall Creek Christian Campground. It is a five-day camp beginning Sunday afternoon and ending Thursday after evening services.
Check-in time is 3-5 PM CDT on Sunday.
Checkout is immediately after the service on Thursday (about 9 PM).
Location
The camp is located 12 miles west of Pikeville and 10 miles east of Spencer just off Tennessee Hwy. #30. Turn on Campground Road at sign.
Age Limit
Campers between the ages of 7 and 17 are permitted. Eighteen and over may attend as workers. Younger children may attend with parent; provided, they are under the care of the parent or older brother or sister at all times.
Cost of Camp
Each camper must pay $70.00 for the week of camp plus a $5.00 application fee. This includes room and food for the entire week. If financial assistance is needed, a child may apply for a scholarship; however, a $5.00 application fee must accompany application. This is done by simply attaching a short note to the application stating that financial assistance is needed. A parent must sign this note. Application for financial assistance must be submitted at least thirty (30) days before camp begins. Churches and individuals provide these scholarships; therefore, availability is limited.
Spending Money
Spending money should be controlled by the parents. Three daily meals are served. These are sufficient for the nourishment of the camper; however, refreshments are sold at the Oasis three times daily.
Dress and Conduct
Clothing for day activities must be near knee length. Any clothing that is too revealing or that has unchristian pictures or slogans is not permitted. Drugs (including alcohol and tobacco) and weapons are not permitted on the campground. Language and music are expected to be Christian. ALL CAMPERS AND VISITORS ARE SUBJECT TO THESE RULES.
Registration
The camp is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please return your application as soon as possible. If the camp is full when your application is received, your application and fee will be promptly returned with explanation.
Visitation
Visitation during camp increases homesickness; however, parents are permitted to visit any time after the first day. They may attend the night services, but campers are to stay with their groups. Night services start at 7:30 each evening. Everyone is welcome to these services.
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, or national origin.
