Pool Rules
Pool Open Dates Mid May – Late September
Pool Hours: 8:00am – 9:00pm (or dark, whichever comes first)
NOTICE: Swim at your own risk – No lifeguard on duty
ATTIRE / POOL ACCESS:
1- Proper swim attire required for ALL to use the pool
2- DO NOT let in people who are not your guest
3- ANYONE entering the pool area (by any means) after hours will have their family fob disabled as outlined below:
1st Offense: 14 day restriction
2nd Offense: 30 day restriction
3rd Offense: Remainder of pool season
4- Electronic access fobs provides PAID residents access to the pool gate
a) Access fob is intended to be permanent and will be activated / deactivated each year to provide access to PAID residents only.
b) Replacement access fobs can be purchased for $40
SAFETY / HEALTH REGULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY DHEC:
1- No solo swimming or diving
2- No pushing, boisterous or rough play, spitting or nose blowing
3- No smoking in fenced area or on common areas. This includes the parking lot and playground area.
4- No glass allowed in pool or on pool deck area
5- No persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs may use pool
6- No persons with skin, eye, nasal infections or communicable diseases in pool
7- No animals or pets in pool or pool area
8- No large floats, automobile inner tubes, remote control boats, motorized boats or scuba air tank gear
CHILDREN AT THE POOL:
1- Swim-diapers required for all non-potty trained children
2- Children 15 and younger may not enter pool or pool area without adult supervision
3- Children 16 & older may supervise SIBLINGS between the ages of 8-15, not to exceed 2 siblings between those ages.
HOUSEKEEPING / CONDUCT:
1- Please dispose of trash, leftover food items & remove personal items upon exiting
2- No loud music or offensive lyrics will be allowed in the pool area
3- No bicycles, skate boards, roller blades, roller skates, scooters allowed inside pool fenced area
4- No foul language or lewd, inappropriate behavior will be permitted in the pool area
5- Food and drinks must remain under Pavilion area.
6- No Grills allowed in pool area
GUEST:
ALL guests must be accompanied by member at all times and must comply with pool rules. Members are defined as residents of Dillard Creek Crossing or The Estates at Dillard Creek. Children or grandchildren not living in the home are not members, they are guest.
Number of guests limited to 5
PARTIES (Pool):
Reservation Form required for parties (more than 5 guests). Forms can be obtained from HOA Community Management
*Note – Pool WILL NOT be closed to residents during party hours

Dillard Creek Crossing HOA reserves the right to revoke any homeowner’s / household’s access to the pool
for misuse of the facility or for non-compliance with any of the community pool rules. Violations may result in fines or suspension of privileges.
