My name is Andrew Graus and I am the volunteer staffing coordinator for ProCamps. For over 15 years, ProCamps has partnered with some of the best in professional sports to give campers around the country a once in a lifetime sports experience with their favorite players and coaches. I am writing to invite you to volunteer at our upcoming Big Blue ProCamp, giving you real world experience in the sports industry.
This will be a fundamental instruction youth Big Blue camp open to all children in grades 1-12. Our goal is to provide campers, parents and sponsors with a first class experience. This is only possible with a great camp staff.
Please take a moment to review the following information about the Big Blue ProCamp:
· Set Up Day: July 30, 2017
o Staff Hours: 12:00pm- 5:00pm
· Camp Dates: July 31st- August 1, 2017
o Staff Hours: 6:00am- 2:00pm
· Camp facility: MidAmerica Sports Center, 1906 Watterson Trail, Louisville, KY, United States, 40299
· Possible Onsite Responsibilities: Registration, T-Shirt distribution, Facilitating Hydration, Equipment Organization, Team Photos, Camper Lunches, Partner Luncheon, and Coaches Meeting
o You will receive your assignment onsite.
· You will receive: ProCamps t-shirt to wear during the event.
o Personal Autographs and Photographs from the athlete are not permitted at any time

Once you receive a confirmation email, you will be asked to submit proof of a current background check at no cost to you.
· Submit a new background check through Active Screening. An online application will be emailed to you. There is no cost to you and the results will be kept on file, confidentially, for three years.
