Where ?In Harsin (South Belgium), in a pretty cozy venue (

When ?From the 07th of December till 11th of December 2015 (in residential)

Who? 20 youth workers/staff members from 14 organisations. Most of them come from member organisations of the ALLIANCE of European Voluntary Service Organisations.

To do what ?

To work together and develop our raising awareness skills and tools in order to sensitize to active citizenship AND increase the number of participants involved in our projects..

Each year, we find a significant number of youngsters (individually or in groups) interested to get more information regarding citizenship involvement and volunteering. Through this seminar, we would like to share, enhance and diversify our methods and awareness tools, for different target groups and in different contexts (festival, classes, fairs, ...), to promote the values and objectives of active citizenship activities,in particular workcamps and other international volunteering projects.

Our contact making seminar must gather organisations interested in exchanging experiences and know-how’s about awareness tools. It should enhance our collaboration and partnerships on these projects, by creating a common frame for qualitative animations/awareness sessions, as well as a toolkit of animations used by the different partners attending the CMS

Profile of the participants:

Person in charge of activities with groups of youngsters and concerned by the active participation in the society. Participants should be able to give back the information received within their sending organizations.

Financial conditions:

Full board and accommodation will be provided from 07/12 evening to 11/12 morning.

Travel costs are partially or entirely reimbursed according to your actual costs and the flat rate of the ERASMUS + programme; those ones are calculated on basis of the travel distance between your organisation address and the venue (Harsin).

HOW TO CLAIM REIMBURSEMENT OF THE COSTS?

Within two months after the seminar, each promoter must send a reimbursement request (see ANNEX 1) to CBB claiming for reimbursement of the costs.

Support documents proving the expenses and the travel must accompany this reimbursement request:

-….

We insist on the importance to collect all the travel tickets and boarding passes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ACTUAL TRAVEL COSTS ARE LESS THAN THE FIXED FLAT RATE?

CBB will only reimburse the actual costs. You will get what you will spend. Not more.

If a group spends less than its budget and one or several group(s) spends more than its/their budget(s), CBB may propose to use the remaining budget for the benefits of the other group(s).

Eg : if Inex-SDA spends only 200 €, it will be reimbursed of 200€. The 75€ left in the group budget can be used to cover extra travel costs of Elix/Xchange-Scotland/Allianssi...
