9:30am / Perform / Change into Uniform (need: instrument, music, etc.) / ------
10:00am / Clinic / ------
10:30am / Pack up, large equip to trailer / Announcements, then Load, Depart for HHS / ------
11:00am / Load buses, leave / Arrive, unload, EAT LUNCH / ------
11:30am / Unload at DV
Eat during 4th lunch / Warm-up / ------
12:00pm / Go to 5th Hour! / Perform / ------
12:30pm / ------/ Clinic / ------
1:00pm / ------/ Load trailer, load bus, depart / ------
1:30pm / ------/ ------/ ------
2:00pm / ------/ Unload at DV / ------

Reminders:

- S.B – bring a sack lunch, water bottle

- Concert Band is excused from 0-4th Hour (attend Periods 5-7)

- Symphonic Band is excused from 3rd-6th Hour, (attend Periods 1, 2, & 7)

Everyone!! - Bring your uniform/dress shoes to school with you!

(Men: Long BLACK socks! (& Tie))

-  You are responsible for your own equipment, all day.

Please do not leave your music folder on the bus or the trailer.

- Percussion: Please create a list of equipment and mallets/sticks. Coordinate between the other ensembles.

(HHS will only provide: Timpani, B.D., Vibes, Marimba, Xylo., Bells, and Chimes)

*Large instruments will come back on the trailer, and will be unloaded into the Band Rm. by 3:15pm.
