REORGANIZATION MEETING January 4, 2016

The annual reorganization meeting of the Board of Supervisors, held at the Township Municipal Building, was called to order by Vice - Chairman Greg Happ at 7:30 P.M. Present were Supervisors, Duane Rape, John Nowicki, Brian Giles and Fritz Retsch. Also present were Manager Walter Beighey, Secretary Patricia Pfaff, Treasurer Elois Nadzak, Engineer Jim Culler,Police Chief Ronald Leindecker, Craig Liston, Albert E. Horn, Julie Leindecker, Lonnie Vodenichar, Chris Ziter, Jack Harding, Melva Devin, Tom Devin, Lorraine Beck, Tom Applequist, Lisa Lewis, Sherry Lewis, Greg Carney, Casey Bowers, Mike Phipps, Carl Mengel Sr., Carl Mengel Jr., Larry Hough, Kim Happ, Cheyenne Happ, and Frank Snyder

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

The meeting was turned over to the Township Manager to accept nominations for the position of Chairman of the Board for the year 2016.

Chairman Happ asked for nominations for Vice-Chairman of the Board.

Treasurer's Bond–Motion by Retsch and Rape, to recommend to the auditors the bond be set at $1,250,000.00.

Police Outside Activities– Officers to be paid $29.00 and an additional $1.00 ($30.00) to compensate the Township, by Rape and Nowicki

Part Time Park Employee – $12.00 per hour,by Nowicki and Retsch

All other part time employees – Minimum wage $7.25, by Rape and Nowicki

Code Enforcement Officer Tom Albanese - $600.00 per month, by Rape and Giles.

Sewage Enforcement Officer and Planning Consultant per fee schedule

Animal Control Officer – Beaver County Humane Society per agreement

Recycling – Big Knob Livestock Club $600.00 per quarter by Rape and Giles

Tax Collection – 5% Commissions for Property Tax, LST Tax and Fire Tax by Rape and Retsch

Mileage – To be paid in accordance with the IRS Allowance.54 for 2016 by Rape and Retsch
