Doxar Grup is specialized in producing prefabricated houses on wooden structure, solid wooden constructions, multi-layered framing, more than 80 % of its production being delivered abroad. The young staff, eager to learn more, the permanent concern for product quality, the real interest in clients’ requirements proved over the seven years of work, speak for themselves.
SOLID WOODEN HOUSES
For those who want to escape from concrete cities, for those who love nature and a life in a healthy environment, the solid wooden houses are the solution. They have a rustic look and they are made of solid beams processed on four edges, joint vertically by double grooves and feathers and in the corner by finger joints, without using nails or metallic pieces.
PREFABRICATED HOUSES
These houses can have, on the outside as well as on the outside, a similar aspect to that of brick houses, for they are built on wooden bearing frame structures (panels) coated with chipboard or /and drywall panel.The structure of these houses is conceived and designed as a spatial system of resilient frames strengthened with special metallic pieces. In Romania, there is the preconception to associate the notion of wooden houses to notions such as perishable, short life and temporality. Contrary to this misconception, in the USA90% of the houses intended for a single family are built in this system, using wood and its by-products as main material.

In order to complete the range of high-quality products used in home building, Doxar Grup offers the most enduring roofing system, the Gerard-type roof. Made of steel sheet with ZINCALUME cover and protected by resins and natural rock grains, it is offered a 50-year guarantee period ensured by the manufactures - AHI ROOFING – New Zeeland.
The company is member of the Association of the wooden house producers of Romania (APROCOR). There are not many companies in Romania in this field of activity; Doxar Grup S.R.L. has performant equipments, and not all their competitors have. Their products are high quality ones and the prices are also high. They produce especially for the extern market. Little share of their products are going to the national market – those who are willing or can afford to pay high prices for high quality. The proprietors are involved in the company leading, but they also have hired managers on departments. The company respects the environment protection standards assessed by the Ministry of Environment and the E.U. standards.
DOXAR GRUP was audited by the reputed certification body TUV Thuringen, the results of the inspection showing that the company implemented and maintains a quality management system according to standard EN ISO 9001:2000.
At the moment, the staff of DOXAR GRUP is made up of 68 people, reaching an average age of 27 years, which makes us confident when it comes to approaching the future and the European requirements.
