To this end, we seek a Client Service Associate for our Bloomington locationfor a role focused on servicing our clients' needs.

Our Client Service Associate:

- Manages daily office duties that include downloading reports and reviewing, updating and verifying client activity and transactional data

- Serves as initial point of contact for client requests and support questions

- Completes new client paperwork via online portals

- Follows up with clients to set and confirm meetings, and for items related to account changes or paperwork completion

- Expedites client request such as deposits, checks and transfers and ensures all client activity is logged in CRM

- Tracks and ensures completion of client service items such as tax reporting and fund tracking

- Prepares and tracks UPS

- Creates monthly reports

- Performs additional administrative functions such as scanning, downloads and database maintenance

Qualifications:

The person we seek will have a post high school degree and 2+ years administrative experience, preferably in financial services or a related industry. Exposure to Schwab or Fidelity portals, highly desired. Skills should include strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook) along with database experience and an interest in providing great client service. Top-notch verbal and written communication skills along withhigh accuracy and a team-player personality are required.
