The Board met over the summer to discuss problems/issues from the previous season:

Double-rostering

Looking for a moratorium on double-rostering until a review or update of rules and by-laws. If the league is to continue with allowing this practice, limitations will need to be followed:

·  Do not double-roster within in the same age group

i.e., U9C and U9I are the same age group

i.e., U9B and U9G are the same age group

·  3 player maximum per team

·  Reminder – this practice was initially instituted for mainly smaller organizations or teams who have lost players due to injury, etc.

The new website was presented. Any organization that wants to review their gym directions can send updates to Dennis for posting.

The Boys and Girls Club of Easton is considering joining the league.

The Board Secretary submitted her resignation. Anyone interested in assuming this position please contact a board member.

The Commissioner investigates all player and coach incidents during the season. Kathy Miller has volunteered to assist him when necessary. Please show her the same consideration that you show the Commissioner.

Anyone interested in joining/forming a committee to review/revise the rules and by-laws please contact Cliff.

A reminder to all organizations – no earrings, no posts, no piercings and no tape over piercings.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.

Respectfully Submitted,

Debbie Gionis

Secretary
