The HCC should receive all items by July 1, 2017 to avoid the higher application fee.

- Vendors are responsible for their tables, chairs, booths, displays, tents, and any other material needed for their space as well as set up of their equipment. No electricity is available.
- Set up may begin after 1pm Friday afternoon. Please use parking area between park and school to unload. Absolutely no driving into park.
- All booths shall remain open until 3pm. Anyone leaving early may not be asked back next year.
- Craft vendors must confine their activities to within their booth space.
LIABILITY WAIVER
The undersigned does hereby agree to hold harmless, and indemnify, and hereby releases and holds harmless the Herald Community Club, and its agents and contractors in which the event is being held from and against any and all losses, liability, or damages arising out of, in consequence of or resulting from negligent acts and/or omissions of the vendor and its officers, agents, volunteers, or employees. The Vendors and its officers, agents, volunteers, and employees understand that there are certain risks associated with the production of this event and by signing this agreement, hereby assume all risks and waive and release any and all claims for damages or injuries that may arise while participating in the event.
