Soccer Camp 2015

Newark Soccer “Cat” Camp will provide individual skills and group instruction in soccer – the world’s most popular sport! The camp is open to all players (Boys and Girls) entering 3rd grade through 8th grade. All camp activities will take place at the Evans Complex on Sharon Valley Road, Newark.

Camp Dates: June 15th – June18th, 2015

Time: 5:30p.m. – 7:30p.m.

Make-up day June 19th

Cost: $50.00 per player if received by June1st, $55.00 after June 1st.

Returning Campers $45.00, Bring a friend $45.00 each.

Each player will receive a Soccer “Cat” Camp T-shirt

I hereby authorize that my child, who is under eighteen years of age, may participate in the Newark Wildcat Soccer Camp, sponsored by the Newark Soccer Parents Club. By execution of this release, I acknowledge and agree that all requirements, directions, supervisions, and standards set by the directors of this program shall be established for my child’s benefit. I hereby voluntarily assume all risk of accident or injury to my child which may arise out participation in this program, hereby intending to release Newark City Schools, Newark Soccer Parent’s Club and all personnel associated with this program from liability that may result from my child’s participation. The camp fee is non-refundable after the start of camp.
