The Comparative Compliance Process has been established to provide career practitioners and those with supporting backgrounds to opt out of the physical training process and substitute their field experience and/or education for program completion consideration. Upon submission along with payment, the Request will be reviewed by Arcuri Group LLC Team Members for program comparison to stated background experience. If the submission is approved, the Requestor will be notified via email along with certificate issuance. If the submission is not approved, an email response to the Requestor will include reasons for certificate denial and include options for appeal/clarification.
1. Complete Request for Comparative Compliance Evaluation Form and Terms of Service Agreement.
2. Attach Resume/CV for Evaluation
a. Ensure document contains relevant field experience outlined to illustrate an understanding of course curriculum topics. Education alone in topics is not sufficient for program compliance.
b. If you are using operational police and/or military experience, please indicate time spent in field operations.
c. If you are an instructor, define disciplines qualified in which to provide instruction.
d. Do NOT include identity data such as national ID numbers, Social Security Numbers, Dates of Birth, Home Address, etc…
3. Sign Request form in the Terms of Service Agreement Section AND as Requestor at end of document.
4. Failure to complete forms as required will result in a non-submission.
