Qualifications / Education / Training
1.  A relevant level 4 qualification e.g a degree or equivalent and/or a youth work qualification / A
2. Level 2 qualifications in English language and maths (e.g grade A*-C). An applicant who does not hold these qualifications will be required to achieve them within 12 months of taking up the post. The College will assist by offering professional development to achieve the qualifications / A
Experience
1. Recent experience of working with young people aged 14-19 / AI
2. Experience of working as a member of the team / AI
3. Experience of negotiating with and on behalf of others / AI
4. Experience of using IT packages including word processing, spreadsheets and databases / AI
