• Chair reviews proposed telecon Agenda and asks for approval of same

• Chair asks if anyone objects to accepting the agenda as stated. Hearing no objection, the telecon agenda is approved. Objections to approving the agenda. No reply is heard.

• Chair asks if anyone has not read the IEEE patent policy (Patcom Statement)

• Chair asks: "Are you aware of, and understand the IEEE patent policy? If not refer the correct section or IEEE Patcom URL: ”

• Chair asks: “..does anyone not understand the IEEE patent policy as read?" No reply is heard

• Chair asks: “Are there matters that the WG chair needs to be informed of related to essential patents?” No reply is heard

• Chair notes the Oct 23rd minutes are 07/2660r0, and asks if there are matters arising from the minutes. No reply is heard. Chair asks: “Is there any objection to approving the minutes unanimously?” No response is heard. 07/2660r0 Oct 23rdteleconference minutes are approved unanimously.

• Chair stated he received an email from Steve Shelhammer asking for time on the TGy agenda in November. He responded that TGy does not have enough hours to make that happen; just two 2-hour sessions.Steve suggested the meeting to discuss document 19-07-0020-00-00 coexistence metrics in the 3650 band from Marianna Goldhammer. The document is not yet on the server. Asked if there will be meetings Tuesday PM2 and Wednesday PM2 for 802.19 discussion on coexistence metrics.

• Chair discussed the plan for November.

• Chair asked if there was any more discussion. Hearing none.

• Chair also stated that he may not be able to make the November meeting.

• Chair asked if there was any further discussion. No reply heard.

• Dan made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Scott. Chair asked if there were any objections to adjourning. Hearing none, the meeting was adjourned at 13:32 ET
