______Duties & Responsibilities______
Involved Instrumentation and automation in the NG metering area Natural gas distribution battery limits to down stream auxiliary units like reformer area. Flare system, desulphuriser units, co2 removal area, and Process gas compressor to Reactor etc.
Online gas analyzers for measuring Wobbe Index, Gas Chromatograph, Specific Gravity FOXBORO make and combustibles gases CO,CO2, H2S, SO2, O2, CH4, from makes like RHADOX, ROSEMOUNT, YOKOGAWA,TELEDYNE, ABB, etc.
Bently Nevada 3500 Vibration monitors and Woodward 550 turbine Speed control governing systems, Anti Surge Control etc. Control and Instrumentation involved in 265 Kw Gas Compressor.
Maintenance and calibration of field instrument for gas flow meter turbine flow, Slum shutoff valve, PSV, RTU unit, flow computers and field instruments to control panels. Taking daily report & backup generated by SCADA taking daily backup of gas compositions and daily gas consumption and reported to GASCO.
Having knowledge of maintenance & calibration of different types of gas analyzers SIEMENS ULTRAMATE (5E, 5F), OXYMATE 5E,SERVOMEX INFRARED and PARAMAGNETIC gas analyzers for CO, CO2, 02,CH4 &H2S, Chlorine analyzer instruments like conductivity meter with standard solution & PH meter transmitter with buffer solution.

Calibration Assembling and dismantling of control valve, positioner, actuators and different types of valves such as control valve, block valve, shutoff valve,VS2 valves, Block valves, dampers, G.O motors, M.O.V, Solenoid valves smart positioners, profibus PA positioners make like Fisher(LOGIX800 Series), SIEMENS (SIPART PS2), Samson ECKARDT FOXBRO (SRD960,SRD991) , ARCA etc.
Maintain records of such preventive maintenance done by way of SAP notifications, records of calibrations as per the work instructions and procedures. Modification carried out if needed maintain all the records. SAP maintenance module issuing purchase requisition orders, maintain Elect & automation spare parts, preparation of Sap electrical automation instruments list etc.
Working knowledge of calibration, trouble shooting & maintenance of plant operation i.e. sensing element to correction elements such as Pr, transmitter, differential pressure transmitter, Pr, Switch, Gauge, recorder, indicator, PH-meter, I/P converter, T/C & RTD (Pressure, Temp, flow, control) etc.
Having experiences of Re-commissioning, Installation and Erection of all kinds of pneumatic & electronic instruments with Piping, Cable lying, Termination, Glanding, Tubing & loop checking.
