Shortlisted applicants would be invited to attend the interview on 10thFebruary 2018. Applications can be considered as unsuccessful if no notice is received2 weeks after the deadline of application period.
An administration fee of $20 will be charged to each non-member applicant and will be collected in the interview session.Student applicants can register for student membership for free upon submission of the fee. Graduate applicants can receive a discount of $20 for registration of graduate membership upon submission of the fee.
Unable to attend the scheduled interview will be considered disqualified. Please make sure you can present in the interview before application.
The results of final menteesselection will be released within three weeks after the interview session.All successful mentees should join our Inaugurationon 24thMarch 2018.

Selection of mentees would be done based on (1) matching basis according to mentor preferences (2)data provided in this form and (3)performance during the interview. Application is opened to all full-time studentsand graduates of engineering graduated less than 1 year. Selections of students and graduates are considered separately and no competition will exist between the two groups.
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, all the above personal information provided by you should merely be used for the GMS menteesselection process and the admission process of relevant GMS activities. Your personal data would be kept confidential.
