1.  Introduction

The Headquarters of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “EBRD” or the “Bank”) is situated at One Exchange Square, London EC2A 2JN. The building forms part of the Broadgate Development adjacent to Liverpool Street Station, London EC2.

The focus of this procurement process is to consolidate existing Contracts, incorporating all forms of office and non-office related goods and products, inclusive and not limited to desks, storage, chairs, meeting, soft, reception and other related office furniture solutions.

The successful Supplier will be required to provide additional services that will include the management of an asset register, a full site survey to determine furniture type, quantity and condition, filing and storage audit, system furniture installation and space planning services.

In addition, the Supplier will be required to provide off-site storage facilities including an end of life disposal service to uplift and dispose of surplus furniture in an environmentally friendly manner, in accordance with the current and relevant statutory policies and procedures.

3.  Objective of the minimum requirements

The objective of this document is to obtain responses to the below Minimum Requirements checklist from potential Suppliers that offer the full services required, as mentioned in Section 1 (Introduction).

All submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by a nominated Tender Evaluation Panel (TEP) of Bank staff selected from operational units who are involved with the services to be provided.
