Board Committee Reports – United Technical Center – Mr. Nestor discussed the concern with scheduling of Grafton High School students and the additional math credit that will be required next year.
Keith Andrews – Requested permission to use the rifle ranges at Camp Towles for muzzle loading. Mr. Whitescarver moved to permit muzzle loading to be taught at the 4-H camp, seconded by Mr. Nestor.

2072 The superintendent respectfully requested approval of an agreement with North Central WV Community Action to provide an after school program from 3:00 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. Monday – Friday at West Taylor Elementary School until the end of the 2005-2006 school year.
2073 The superintendent respectfully requested approval of an agreement with the West Virginia Extension Service to provide Energy Express summer service at Flemington Elementary School during the months of June, July and the first part of August, 2006, for a total of 29 days, using the school as a site for summer curriculum and summer nutrition. This is a renewal of a previous agreement.
