Payment

The total exhibitor or sponsor package amount due, needs to be settled within 30 days of receipt of the invoiceand before the start of the congress!

Terms and conditions

If you wish to explore the possibility of additional options for sponsorship of organised events during the congress please contact the sponsor committee.
Sponsors wishing to sponsor more than one package should discuss this with the sponsor committee to confirm availability.
The stand fees do not include the costs of stand-building, carpeting, electricity and individual other stand-related costs.
Each exhibiting company must have badges for all their attending representatives. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased at the rate of € 100.00/2 days.
Payment should take place 30 days after receipt of the invoice, and must be received by EVECC Congress prior to the event.
