LCMS PARENTS are Invited to …
• Open House on Tuesday, August 5 from 5-8 pm.
– Begins with general meeting in gym (O-Zone, Title I, conferences, tutoring, ILP, agenda, etc.)
– Parents will travel student’s schedule and meet with each teacher about 10 minutes
– Parents turn in registration paperwork, pay $30 fees, get bus/café/IC/FF/O-Zone/SE/GT info, etc.
• Student-Parent-Teacher Conferences
– Any time you would like to schedule (before school, after school, during school day, at your home, etc.).
– Monday, Oct. 27, 2014, from noon-7 PM.
• Title I Annual Meeting on August 25 at 5 PM in the LCMS Cardinal Room
– Title I School Wide Program Information & Annual Survey data
– Discuss curriculum, assessment, & expected levels of performance
– Tips to help students succeed
– Designing Parent Involvement Policy and Home-School Learning Compact
– Ideas for improvements in parent involvement opportunities (volunteering, HW help, see above, etc.)
– Information about the District PI Policy 8A13451
• Parent-Teacher-Student-Organization (PTSO) Meetings on SECOND MONDAY of each month at 5 PM in the LCMS Cardinal Room. If school is cancelled due to inclement weather, etc., PTSO is cancelled too.
