Diving will be conducted completely on the first day before swimming warm-ups
Diving warm ups-7 am Diving beginning at 8 am
Day 1: Warm-ups at 10 am & 10:30 am Coaches Meeting at 11 am Meet starts at 11:15 am
Day 2: Warm-ups at 9 am & 9:30 am Coaches Meeting at 10 am Meet starts at 10:15 am
Entries: This is a Prelim/Finals meet. Each school may enter up to four (4) swimmers per individual event and up to two (2) relays in each relay event. Each swimmer may enter a maximum of four (4) events with no more than two (2) of them being individuals. The Qualifying time for the 200 Free is 3:00.00 for girls and 2:30.00 for boys. The Qualifying time for the 500 Free is 7:30.00 for girls and 7:00.00 for boys. Relays may be entered without names. However, ALL teams shall fill out a Relay Entry Card on the day of the meet for each relay they expect to swim. There will be no exceptions. Synchronized Diving will count as a relay event and will consist of 2 divers.
Entry Fees: $10.00 per Athlete and $10.00 per Relay. Make checks payable to the City of Alice. NO REFUNDS.
Deadline: All entries must be received by Tuesday, November 14, 2016. No late entries will be accepted. Teams will not be allowed to compete if their entry fees have not been paid prior to warm-ups. Entries must be submitted using Team Manager and emailed to the Meet Director, Taylor Johnson. Dive sheets must be emailed with your entries and must be included with your Team Manager entry file. Scoring: Standard 16 place scoring will be used.
Awards: 1st, 2nd& 3rd place teams will receive awards. Individual event winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd) will also receive ribbons
Notes: Spectator fees will be $3-Adult Admission & $1-Student Admission. Tents are allowed; however, they cannot be staked down. No coolers outside of TEAM COOLERS will be allowed, concessions will be available. Only foods allowed inside pool area are water and fruit. There is a designated area inside the lobby for eating.
