Local community:
Donated in excess of $40,000 to local community projects involving literacy, education & humanities:
Support to H.A.A.M., Family Time, The Village, and The Mission Northeast for their vital work helping others.
Given generous support and service for the Humble Community Thanksgiving
Initiated scholarships and financial and service support to Humble ISD related projects including the 4-way test essay contest, KHS Science Olympiad, Humble ISD Science Fairs, and mentoring at Lakeland Elementary.
Participated in service of the ringing the bell at Humble Walmart for Salvation Army, raising over $2000
Hosted three inbound Rotary Exchange Students from Poland, Ecuador and Mexico – the goal being world peace, one person at a time.
Sponsored six outbound Humble ISDRotary Youth Exchange Students to Germany, Brazil, France and Ecuador. Again, promoting world peace.
International:
Donated over $18,000 to projects involving health, hunger, literacy, education & humanities.
Global Grant to Botswana Pediatrics HIV Center
District Grant for Children of the Dump in Nicaragua
Global Grant for 2 containers of hospital equipment in Cartagena, Columbia
