Although some assistance is provided by the Village and Town of Leicester, the buildings and grounds have been built and are maintained by Y-L Kiwanians. In addition to this large-scale project in Leicester, the club also supports two other playgrounds in the York School District.

KIDS IN THE PARK PROJECT
